Amazing flour
The ragi flour is excellent it cooks very quickly. I have used it in soups and since it made from natural ingredients and is organic with absolutely no adulteration- it yields very creamy soup. It mixs easily. And it is gluten free. You should buy this it is a great product.

Fall from grace
This was such a good product, but after the recent refresh the quality has deteriorated drastically. It’s so coarse now with insane amount of chana shells, it’s not even “sonha” anymore tasting somewhat like besan so they definitely have roasted it improperly…Such a shame… it was one of the best authentic sattu on Amazon.

The best.. easy to knead .. breaks a little while kneading (due to its property) and while rolling too.. but chapatis are good you will feel that you have eaten something right and healthy ofcourse..

Finally “real sattu” that’s easily available
I am from WB, and I know my sattu. Living anywhere in India is an issue because heavy carb based breakfast choices and always struggled to find any good alternative to Sattu. Problem is - people don’t know how to make sattu, they make atta or besan and sell as sattu. So I was limited to only two brands which ships from WB and Bihar, takes 7-10 days to reach Bengaluru. Finally this is the only product found, can ship in a day to my door step - and a real and authentic sattu. Great texture, taste, mixes well with water as it should. Thickness is good. Protein amount is relatively high as per nutrition profile. And the packaging is very sturdy. I really like 1 kg packaging instead of 500gm ones. Smells like real sattu !! Amazing. Cheaper than others. I will share this with everyone !! I wish best of luck to this company for their wonderful gift.
