would this work on my 2005 5.7L Volvo engine?

I would take the numbers off the filter on the engine now and cross reference them, I ordered the incorrect on first it seems like there are a lot of different filters

It will fit the 2012 and newer V series engines. With the limited spec you gave, i assume you have a 2014 4.3L gx series?

Do you have oil and gas filters for a volvo penta kamd300 ?

423135 is the proper oil filter for KAMD300 models. There are a few different variations of fuel filters that were equipped on that engine however. It would be best to get the fuel filter part number off your old one or contact us for more information. At this time, we do not have those product available on Amazon.com
