I haven't used this pan yet but I already love it. It's deep enough to make a lazanga in or gumbo or strogenoff, anything you would need a deep pan for. I really like the hard anodized Ninja pans because they don't warp like cheaper pans do over time and they can be used in the oven too which is a real time and cleaning saver of their pans. The non stick is wonderful no matter what kind of utensil to scoop, lift or turn over the food I use, although I only use wooden spatulas, spoons and forks just to be safe. The non stick is really well put together with all the Ninja pans and this pan is no different than my others I have. If you want a pan that does it all (even popcorn) get this pan.

Excelente olla, aunque considero que si debes tener cuidados especiales para lograr que sigan en buen estado. La olla de 2.3 L es excelente y de buen tamaño para comidas de 2 personas.
