Pityriasis Rosea!!!
I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. I love these! I have been recently diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea, so I’m taking this along with Vitamin D3, Iron pills (I bruise easily), and Collagen pills that contain Vitamin C to help with the healing process for my scars as well as a possible iron deficiency, and collagen restoration. Pityriasis rosea has been hell!!! I feel incredibly insecure so, I’ve been trying to change my daily habits in regards to my vitamin intake. I haven’t needed to take Benadryl since!!! I don’t know why this contributes to stopping the itching but it does! I did however have a one week prescription from the ER prior to taking vitamins so that is definitely a valid factor to mention. I notice a difference in my scars and skin for sure! I take these and I use Bio-Oil as well.

4 stars cuz of only one thing
I took a star away not cuz of quality (just started em yesterday but had em prior) or anything negative its cuz since I could only get one bottle right now is split em up btwn me & my husband which is 50 each so as I was counting em out 2 were missing so we got 49 each & it's not a huge deal but when you pay for a product that says a certain amount per bottle you expect that amount & i would of never counted them if I wasn't splitting them up. So ppl count your suppliments. I will from now on even if a bottle is just for me & a bottle for my husband. Otherwise it came super fast & packaged good (was wrapped in plastic as a safety precaution) & non damaged. Other than 2 missing I'll order again as these are good quality Vit E & i hope the next bottle is the full 100 that I pay for. Do recommend them tho
