Fit my 2007 X3 E83
It's an exact duplicate of the OEM except the BMW repair kit is over $100. The OEM transfer case actuator is over $1k so this would probably be a $3k+ job at a dealership. Youtube has plenty of tutorial videos but I spent about hours total in my driveway. It's a tight fit. Make sure you have the right tools and tell your kids Daddy is allowed to swear because he is an adult. Picture of the one I pulled out and replaced.

Horrible quality
Horrible broke on second day after being installed. Not stripped but shattered. DO NOT BUY! Waste of time money and ridiculously poor quality.

Saved a ton
Was able to fix my awd and dash lights with this, only needed the black gear since the white one was mint and newer with the bearing already pressed on. Saved a ton vs taking it to a shop. YouTube and socket extensions will be a good companion to the repair as well.
