When I couldn't find the Clairol Balayage any longer, I found that this product is a good replacement. I tried another brand and my hair was orangish. This serves as a good highlighter for my medium brown hair. I am an old girl, so I had used the Clairol Balayage for about 30 years. I wish I could still find it, but this product is the next best thing I have found.

Works beautifully even tho the picture looks wrongI find these products so much easier than going to the salon not just cheaper by 100s of dollars. I can do it myself and get it exactly the way I want it all the way down to the root. I don’t use the cap. I just picked out the pieces I want done and squeeze it all the way down to the root like the sally Hanson touchup products

My salon highlight now are priced at CDN $375 plus tip. After 23 years of lots of hair compliments on colour and cut, I decided to copy a friend who has been using this product for 10 years. Her highlights are always beautiful, so I assumed she was a salon customer. This product is easy to use. Take your time pulling hair through the holes in the cap. I took 45 minutes to an hour. Arms get a bit sore. For better results next time I will get a helper for 10 minutes to pull hair through the cap holes at the back of my head. I only used about half of the solution. Maybe next time I will only mix half of the solution to get 2 uses out of this package! I’ll get better at this, but for now my stats are 80% results at 4% of salon price!
