No, there is no independent power to the unit. They really shouldn’t be called extenders because they are best used on shorter wires runs. No chance of extending a 100m run another 100m.

This is a POE extender. If the uplink is 100Mb full duplex, the downstream client can be connected with 10Mb half duplex.
