This bed does not disappoint. It was delivered when expected and was nicely packaged. It was a surprise to find all the extra parts inside the headboard, but once they were discovered it was all systems go. The bed was easy to build - I could have easily assembled this alone, but my young son offered to help so an extra pair of hands made it a bit quicker and more fun. I haven't used the mechanism much so can't really comment on how well it works or if it will change over time. I chose not to use the velcro base sheet as I'm happy for my stored things to sit on my carpet floor underneath, I also didn't put on the small feet as I felt these were of no benefit on my thick carpet flooring. The headboard isn't heavily padded, but I always use a pillow or two when sitting in bed so this wasn't an issue. The material is good quality and overall the bed looks nice, is sturdy and well made. This is a fantastic bed for a fantastic price. I would definitely buy this bed again for other rooms in my home.

Bought this double bed for my son's room. It's a super sturdy bed for a good price and it looks great..It's a one or two man job, was so easy to put together and all the screws aligned.The sizing is correct, as it's definitely a standard 4ft 6.The Ottoman has a discreet strap that is easy to lift open and close when the mattress is on the bed.There's plenty of storage underneath, just a limit on the height of the items as it won't close otherwise.I highly recommend this bed.

This bed frame is very strong and sturdy. Easy to follow instructions to put together. Looks very nice and expensive looking.We had the fabric base sheet missing from our box but after a quick message this is being posted out.Would recommend this bed.

Set the bed up about 2-weeks ago, self assembled myself easy enough although 2 people would make it far quicker. For a low cost bed it’s quite robust ever for couples. Under bed storage is pretty decent and lifts/lowers with ease. The bed is quite compact, it’s given me more space in my bedroom as the frame and headboard isn’t big and bulky. All parts and fittings were bagged and easy to follow instructions. This bed is suitable for 250kg which is good for a low cost bed, some I looked at were only rated 150kg.

Fantastic bed. Really good quality and very easy to assemble. Arrived quickly and good communication from the carrier. Great value too.

Great item easy to put together , very comfortable, great storage for or caravan

Ottoman style double bed was fairly easy to put together , could have had better instructions in step 7 but still understandable , the bed is good quality for the price , so not the same as a £400 bed but still good, I find the bed is very comfortable with my old mattress and quite like the fact that it is fairly low to the floor , plenty of storage space with the gas struts being quite vicious when opening , but they should soften over time, so over all for the price under £200 this bed is definitely worth the money if you have pretty average or better DIY skills.

Sturdy bed, takes some time to fit but the time spent it’s worth the effort.
