Brilliant toner. Moisturising and calms redness.

I never write reviews but this stuff really works. I sprayed it on my trouble spots on my chin and neck and literally felt it pulling the heat out of my skin. I felt the heat come out for about a full two minutes right after I applied it. My redness, irritation and puffy appearance were almost 90% gone right after the heat came out of my skin. It is crazy amazing.
