Great inspiration! Whole story from where they started to where they're now...

My brother is a cook and wished it for Christmas. It arrived earlier and I - the book worm I am - hat to look inside of course. There is nothing left to chance in this book! I don't think I have ever held a book in my hands, which is so carefully and thoughtfully created to the very last detail of every aspect possible. It is crafted as an experience and just gives you the idea of what it would be to try the FOOD! The layout, the feel of it, the photographies, the text in its positioning, in its story: everything is so organically in sync, so beautiful - you can see it, you can touch it, you can feel it - that just by opening the book you already can anticipate what is the experience they go for, and makes you NEED to have the chance to try the food. My brothers professional opinion is that this is one of the best cooking books every written and he loves it. My unprofessional, "I love books more than anything" opinion ist, that is is one of the most ingeniously crafted books I have ever held in my hand and the first which really made me anticipate and become curious for the end - result of what it holds.

Este libro lo recomiendo ampliamente. Es una impresión mucho más accesible del original. Contiene muchísimas recetas de los platillos preparados por los hermanos Roca en su restaurante en Girona. La descripción y las imágenes un auténtico placer.
