Love the mic itself, but the cable recently broke. How would I contact the seller to try and get a new one?

Obviously not the best, or most professional sounding mic. But works well for casual use!

The product itself worked for me but the first time I used it, it lasted only two weeks and it broke. Then I got a return and exchange but it only lasted me two months. I think it’s just me but I have really bad luck with razor devices

During work from home, I wanted a better mic than my Macbook offered -- and I also wanted it to double for some basic Discord voice chat. At $50, this is a great option. I was looking into the Blue Yetis as well (a little more pricey) but honestly my ear cannot hear a difference for basic chatting/voice recording. If you need something more unidirectional, the Yeti is a better option - with this Razer you'll still hear a lot of keyboard and mouse click even if the keyboard is positioned behind the mic. Plus this is the only decent quality mic that comes in pink, which I like! In fact if I had any complaint, it's that it's a little too pink to fit in with most rose gold colored electronics that I have - it's definitely a vibrant, bright pink and not a subtle coppery shade. I love it!

I have to conduct workshops virtually. It serves it's purpose well. My voice is relayed in a crisp and audible manner.

Excellent micro qui s'intègre parfaitement dans mon setup blanc. La qualité ainsi que les finitions sont exemplaires sur ce micro plug & Play. Instantanément reconnu par Windows, qualité sonore est vraiment top pour le prix ! Il n'y a pas de boutons sur le micro donc si vous souhaitez le couper et l'allumer à votre guise il faudra faire un petit raccourci sur votre clavier ! Je n'utilise pas la base fournie avec le micro mais elle permet de poser le micro sur une surface plane puis le l'orienter dans une certaine mesure. Je recommande les yeux fermés :)
