These tablets really work , I would recommend take them for 3 months or even longer if you like
THEY WORK !!!!!!!!!! I don't know why my hair started falling out, maybe nerves, too many medical test, stress? My sister recommended these and i saw what how it helped her hair, so i tried them , They are great and work . On the crown of my head you could see my scalp really bad , almost a bald spot and the rest of my hair was so thin, you could see my scalp. I would comb or brush my hair it came out really bad. But i am so happy to report you can no longer see my scalp , the crown of my head is hair now and my hair is no longer coming out when i wash or comb my hair. I stared seeing small results after i took the first entire bottle , i ordered 2 more bottles and results were stunning, I bought the mens version for my husband , the hair is slow growing on the crown ( it was bald) but what impressed me it made his hair thicker. I am happy to report i now have a FULL head of hair and it is growing. They are easy to swallow although they look big , they are cap

great supplement for hair and nails. if you have to have TSH or T-4 tests, be aware that Biotin screws up the results. you will have to stop taking the supplement for 2 or 3 days before the blood test.

Makes my hair feel better!
I haven’t seen a ton of growth this month, but it is shiny and looks really pretty and thicker? I’d recommend this to a friend. I get an occasional pimple when using this, but they are tiny pimples.
