So far this slam ball is holding up to many slams. Lol! Great to do push-ups on. It's got good grips. The bright orange color is fun but not necessary but glad that I got it in that color.

Got the 40 pound slam ball a few months back and been using it regularly for workouts. Really satisfying to pick up and slam down hard - definitely a good stress reliever after a long day.
