QiiMii Fixed Spray Ball Stainless Steel 304 Tank Cleaning Ball 1/2" NPT Threaded (1/2" INCH)

A little spendy but worth it. A good upgrade to bucket blaster. Pleased. It will easily fit inside corny keg, Better Bottles, Speidel fermenters. That's all I've used it with. No issues.

Seems nicely made. Does what one would expect at a fair price. I use it in my Bucket Blaster keg washer from Kegland. It easily replaces the PVC cap included in the original.

Using in my home brewery. Has several uses, but keg washer isn’t one. The ball is almost the exact size of the sankey opening, won’t go in. Works great on fermenters and in the mash tun though.

I have not used this sprayball to brew yet, but I did a quick performance experiment, though. I screwed it on to my 1/2 NPT faucet and tested it at a few different pressures. I wanted to use this for wort recirculation at relatively low pressure. I am very happy with it's performance. I tried to do this with a more roughly fabricated solution and had poor results. My first attempt caused too much channeling through the grain bed. This looks like it will sprinkle the grains lightly without channeling through the grains.

Made cleaning with bucket blaster much more efficient. Threads match. No mods needed to use the cip ball

This is very high quality and makes a great fixed sparger. I got it to replace an old rotating sparge arm and am very happy with the simplicity and functionality of this in my set up.

Just right It did the job

Seems nice. I haven't hooked it up yet, but I plan on making a pump-powered washing station for my homebrewing equipment so I can pump CIP cleaner up into an inverted keg, carboy, whatever and let it clean it hands-free. Not sure my current pump is powerful enough, but we'll see.
