Where is this product made?

Liberty Safes as well as their accessories are manufactured in the good ole' U.S.A. Specifically, Payson, Utah. Now that's a novelty isn't it? My Cool Pocket Document Briefcase has not been fire tested in the near decade I've owned my safe, but it is well constructed and I've placed my faith in two of them.

Any straps on the back or a way to attach it to a molle panel?

No but mine came with a pouch that it fit into which had metal reinforced holes so it could be hung.

Up to what temperature can this pocket resist?

it adds an additional 50 degree of heat protection in a liberty safe or any good standing safe. i have 2 of them. work great.

is it water resistant?

yes its water resistant. Not waterproof! I have 2 of these and they are great.
