Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte & Satin Finish Detailer & Sealant is the real deal. It restored that rich, even satin look on my B pillars without any greasy residue or shine; just pure, clean perfection. I seriously SHOULD have taken before-and-after pics… The difference is that dramatic!

I used this product on a satin clear paint job that I did 11 years ago and it brought the satin clear back to life . It made the paint job look fresh and not like a cheap ratrod paint . I would highly recommend this but do make sure your paint is cool and not hot from sitting in the sun .

First of all I want to disclose this company has not reached out to me for this review. This detailer is absolutely amazing. I bought a brand new 2024 Suzuki GSX-8S left over this year and wanted to maintain this bike in every way possible. Tricky thing was the paint is matte/satin finish. So regular car wash and spray detailer will ruin that and give it a gloss. I have driven my bike 800 miles now in 2 months. In the rain, up and down dirt roads, and through some unexpected mud. When I use this matte detailer with their matte finish wash. The results are incredible. The negative reviews here are due to not knowing how to apply or poor paint jobs. Apply this in the shade after wash and do the classic wax on wax off method. Also spray the product on a microfiber cloth and apply evenly. Then take a dry clean cloth and dry. You do not have to do this but you will get the best results. It’s just like the other dash sprays that leave streaks if you apply straight to the surface. But if you take an extra 5 mins to first spray your cloth, apply to surface, and use your free hand with a clean cloth to wipe evenly, the results are amazing. This product truly makes my bike look like it came off the showroom floor every time I wash. Also don’t read the reviews about the product being damaged and left this a 1 star review. That’s on Amazon not the product itself self.

Trigger sprayer broke within a few pumps. Upon further investigation, the entire trigger sprayer is cheap crap. Good thing i keep good quality trigger sprayers from home depot in stock at home. Actual matte detailer seems to do good. Used it to clean up my matte black summer wheels for my 2021 Tacoma and it removed grime, bug poop and whatever else decided to adhere to my wheels. Left a nice clean matte finish. Gonna try their car wash soap as soon as this crappy northern weather moves on

I love all the chemical brother stuff that I’ve tried and this stuff is very good. I have a motorcycle that is a flat black finished. I can spray some of this on there and wipe it off and it looks great. It’s also good for the vinyl Mat finished SS stripes on my SS Camaro so if you have anything that. A Matt finished or flat non-glossy color or vinyl this is definitely something you can use on it.

Let me start by saying this, it's an okay detailer, but that's really about it. I decided to try this detailer out when my buddy who owns a matte black fox body mustang suggested it was "the best matte detailer out there." I've used Wizards before and have never had any quarrel with it (its really fantastic) but I still wanted to try this out just to see what all the hype was about. So when it came in I immediately took it out into the garage to test out on my Iron 883, and I was quite shocked at how great it performed initially. It gave my bike a nice clean sharp edge, but it was pretty much the same as other matte detailers I had used in the past on it. Fast forward to the next morning, when I go to take my bike out for a ride, and suddenly I noticed (due to sunlight rather than the single light bulb in my garage) that there are a ton of little waxy streaks all over the tank and down the rear fender. This is especially odd as matte detailers do not contain wax, but I wiped it down and went about my day. This became the recurring norm with this detailer every time I used it. So one day I decided to just do a full wash, and then use it to see if maybe it worked better in conjunction and no. Honestly It was worse. It's important to bear in mind that it does say to NOT use in direct sunlight, which is the main cause of the streaking. I however still get a strong streaking effect from this product even when used in the garage. I have been able to minimize the streaking by using slow long downward strokes when applying it, but it still leaves little streaks usually. After that I have to follow up with a dry and clean microfiber to buff out the waxy streaks left behind. All in all its just a nuisance to have this issue with a product with this high of praise. I have seen it on my buddy's mustang in person and its a night and day difference from my experience. I don't know if its because I am using it on my bike and Harley has some weird type of matte black paint they use, or if its because i'm an idiot who doesn't know how to spray and wipe, but I can say for sure that after I have used all of this product I will definitely be switching back to Wizards permanently. 3 out of 5 stars as it works, but with a little more effort than should be required on your part.

Excelente producto para terminado mate. Me lo recomendaron mucho para la moto ya que ese tipo de pinturas es muy delicada. Lo uso cada vez que saco la moto, lo aplico con una microfibra, funciona de maravilla.

A perfect detailing product for a matte finish paint. Juz spray it on after washing your vehichal and it gives the perfect final finish to your paint. I have bullet stealth black 500 cc and i use to wash it on weekly basis but after washing still some swirl marks or some tiny dots remained on the bike. But i just used it and it works like a charm. Original product, very much satisfed. The only con of this priduct is its pricing. But i got it for juz Rs.1400 in a sale on amazon so its worth it.

Easy to apply but shows water spots on satin paint surface. I had hoped it would give better runoff.
