Yes. This is a great brush for lining the eye. The shape gives you excellent control.

Does this work with liquid eyeliners? What kind of line does it make?

Yes it does. I love this eyeliner because of the angle. It makes a thin line but you can get a thicker line if you want go over it again. I have used it with a cake liner but I prefer liquid......just a personal choice.
