Do they really help with the build up of pressure?

I had tubes in my ears as a kid and have since had issues with both take off and landing. I was using the disposable Earplanes but with work travel the single use nature of them made me look for another option. These are more comfortable and stop the pressure and resulting pain from flights.

How many flights are these good for?

You can use these over and over. I have a pair I have used several flights and they still work just as well as they did when they were new. These earplugs are amazing!

will these fit a small child

Hello. No these won't fit a child's ears but alpine does make a small child's size in these - https://www.alpinehearingprotection.com/earplugs/pluggies-kids/. I hope this helps. These plugs are the best I have ever used - ever time I fly I have horrible pain but when I discovered these I've not had any issues since.

Should I still pop my ears when I feel pressure with these in or let them pop naturally?

That is a tough question. I think if you can let them pop naturally you’d be better off. I blew my nose very gently and popped my ears but not on purpose and it hurt. But I have a serious problem with my ears feeling like they will explode when I fly and then they hurt for hours after landing. I wear these (out of all of them these worked best for me and came in child size that actually fit my tiny ear holes), and I wear noise canceling headphones on top, and take a lot of Sudafed. That combination makes flying tolerable but not totally. The last time I flew I was sick before we left and was on steroids too and that was the very first time I ever flew and had very little ear pain that went away within 20 minutes of exiting the plane. Uzun uçak yolculuklarında gerekli, kulak içi tıkaç. Tavsiye üzerine sipariş ettim ve yolculuğumda kullandım. Tıkaçları koyabilmek için küçük bir kutucuk da ambalajında mevcut. Tıkaçlarınızı kaybetmemeniz ve hijyen açısından kutusunun olması güzel bir özellik. Fiyatı diğer kulak tıkaçlarına göre biraz fazla gibi gelse de yıkayıp tekrar tekrar kullanabiliyor olduğunuz için kendini amorti ediyor.

Li ho comprati per un volo molto lungo perché sono partita con un’otite in fase di guarigione, ma temevo il mal di orecchie in decollo e atterraggio. Sono molto comodi, attutiscono molto i rumori quindi favoriscono il sonno, non ho accusato dolori alle orecchie durante decollo e atterraggio e nemmeno lo strascico di orecchie tappate che a volte capita quando arrivi a destinazione. Si lavano con acqua tiepida quindi si riutilizzano. La custodia è comoda e molto piccola. Li consiglio.
