Brilliant game
My girls 9 and 11 have loved playing this game. Was a favourite of mine as a kid and as much fun as I remember. Easy to follow game instructions and a simple premise. Fun for all the family. Only downside is the spinner isn’t attached to the board like the original game and tends to move which is annoying.

Great game and easy to play
Loved that it can be used for basically all ages, it's easy to play and it's great fun. Can take easily a couple of hours if not longer to complete.

Great fun
This was my wifes favourite game when she was a kid so made for a good birthday present. We all enjoy playing together as a family. It gives the kids a good lesson in all the bills we have to pay!!

Great game
I had this game as a child and got it for my daughter. We love playing this as a family and always causes much hilarity with jobs everyone chooses and filling the cars up with kids and mates. Quicker to play than Monopoly and lots of fun.

I’ve had The Game of Life since I was a child, and this is my third version of the game. I was really looking forward to getting this updated edition with coloured pegs, updated action and career options, etc. While some aspects may be an improvement, overall I’m very disappointed with this version. The quality of the spinning wheel is below par, as is the way it attaches to the board. It keeps detaching, doesn’t spin smoothly, and when it does, it often gets stuck. In addition, the red and black spaces seem to shift out of place all the time. My ESL students felt the same, and we ended up using the spinning wheel from my old version instead. It’s been a bit of an anti-climax, and after using it in a couple of classes this week, I’m considering returning it. It’s a real pity that, across the three versions I’ve owned, the overall quality seems to have declined.
