So far new issues. I've probably used it about six times now and each time does the job exactly as needed. Measuring out grids and marking coordinates becomes a very simple task, one person required now instead of two. It breaks down into a very small size and fits into the bag perfectly. Accuracy seems on par with all other normal measurement equipment. Great value for the money given the time savings and solid construction of the item

I’ve been using this for a few months now out in the field. I use it multiple times per work day and it has held up great. The value for the money compared to the price of other wheels is unmatched. I like that it is foldable and comes with a carrying case and measuring tape making it easy to carry long distances that I walk to for measurements. It’s easy to reset the numbers and I haven’t had any problems with it. It has satisfied my measuring needs and has plenty of length to measure. I would definitely recommend this product. Love the craftsman ship eady to use on grass and dirt

This is light-weight and great for occasional home use. I don't think it would last very long on a construction job, unless you have a crew that takes really good care of things. Love the case and the way it folds up. The toe reset is also a great feature.

I have changed our overall rating to 5 stars. We loved this unit for the 250 feet it worked. I honestly think some how this unit was broken during packing or shipment. The handle is made by putting 2 pieces together. The handle fits into a socket behind the measuring device. It looked as if it had a rivet missing. Since we are in the middle of setting up our ranch we immediately ordered another unit and sent the defective unit back. The new unit is fantastic and very easy to use. So far it gets all 5 stars on the new unit but we’ll see if we receive the refund on the first one. The new unit is doing great and the seller was very prompt in placing our refund on a credit to be used to buy the new one - which we did. Great customer service and great product!

Works Great!

I needed this for one-time use to estimate a large irrigation project. I intentionally chose the larger wheel because I'm traveling over pasture and uneven terrain. The wheel handled it with ease. Reset was a snap. The readout was clear. I liked the folding handle and the storage bag. It is a great tool. So glad I got this instead of trying to measure 1,860 feet using a 25' tape measure!

My dad has been working in fencing and owning his own company for over 45 years now. He wanted one so it would be easier for him to measure fences and he loves it. Worth the money and definitely beneficial for people that are older.

It worked perfectly, and is of good quality construction material. I would recommend this to whoever needs to measure out a plot of land...

Don’t try to use this for measuring sports fields on grass as it will be inaccurate. Every time I measured the same distance it gives me a different reading. Over a distance of 50 feet it can be 2 to 3 feet different every time. I think either the grass or the slight bouncing moves the arrow on the wheel that measures the distance different amounts.
