Poorly Put Together.
The screw that hold scissors together does not do a good job at it. Every time you use them, they rip, not cut your nails. These are the worst scissors I have ever owned. I have to keep a screwdriver near scissors, so I can retighten the screw every time I use them. May be the steel is good and they are made well, but if they can't be used for the purpose they claim they are for, what good are they? BTW ripping nails off is a very unpleasant feeling.
