Can b a bit rough on your guys
Compared to other brands this is quite a vigorous and definitely must eat something before taking them. I am unlikely to purchase these again given my personal reaction to them.

万年冷え性で、どの季節でも足先が冷たいほどです。 季節は冬。足先の冷たさもかなりのもので、一時的にストーブの前で暖めたりしてました。 あまりレビューはありませんでしたが、 カプサイシン含有量が上限値に近かったので試してみました。 カプセルは日本のとは違い大きめなので正直毎回飲みづらいですが、朝晩と食後に1個ずつ摂っています。 飲んで30分くらいすると足先がぽかぽかと感じられて、今までに無い経験でした。 日本の極微量のカプサイシンサプリとは違い、ほぼ上限値を含有しているからでしょうか。 冷え性の私でも効果があったので、続けていきたいと思ってます。 日頃から唐辛子を汁物や焼物にかけるタイプなので、普通の人よりは唐辛子を摂っているほうだと思いますが、足先にまで暖かさを感じるのは初めてでした。 レビューを見た冷え性さんにはぜひ試す価値があるとおすすめしますが、 胃が荒れる可能性もあると思うのでまずは1日1個から、タイミングは食後に摂った方が良さそうです。 1日2個で3ヶ月分あり、コスパも良いです。

These work very well and I take them daily. I usually take them at night before bed. I try to take them with a little something in my stomach to avoid the burning. The pills are easy to swallow and help contain the spicy taste of the cayenne for the most part.
