I read so many reviews about this product before purchasing it ( I think I went through all 200+ reviews on Amazon) because I've tried so many natural supplements to try and medicate my rampant anxiety that usually hits its peak around the time I go to bed every night. The worst review said that the size of the packet was too small, so I decided to go for yet another product and tried it. After a couple of days I definitely saw an improvement, albeit a small one. After another few days of taking it, I noticed that the results were more consistent, but it still wasn't enough to get me to sleep at night. Here's the trick, the Tranquilix (as will all other herbal supplements) usually take about 6-8 weeks to actually make changes within your body, but you'll see small amounts of success as you go along. I decided to continue using the natural vitality drink in conjunction with the supplement, as a sort of in between. It absolutely worked! Now, 3 months later, I actually keep some of the stress drink around and drink it whenever I've had a particularly troubling day, but for the most part I just take my supplement and go on. While I don't think that this stress drink could be my sole go-to for relief, I do think that if you have mild or normal amounts of stress it would definitely work for you.

I really like this supplement. I make a warm cup every night before bedtime and find it very relaxing. Not only does it help me sleep well, my night time leg cramps have disappeared completely. It has a soft fruity flavor and is lightly sweetened with stevia which is very enjoyable. I travel a great deal and find that these packets are perfect to throw in my suitcase so I don't need to bring along the large bottle. Using the large bottle is more cost-effective at home. Sometimes when I travel I don't have access to hot water so I just put the powder in a cup and add cool water from a bottle. Although it doesn't fizz up much it tastes fine and works just as well.

This stuff was suggested to me by my dietician because regular magnesium supplements give me lots of digestive distress. My doctor wanted me to try magnesium, and I was totally game. I bought the supplements (a pill) she suggested, and that night I took one. In the morning, when I woke up and made my morning stop at the bathroom (I'm a regular gal what can I say ;), i noticed my stool was a bit loose. Nothing major...i could handle it. Nbd, right? That night I took another magnesium tablet. I woke up in the middle of the night with violent diarrhea. My stools were loose for the next day after as well. I stopped taking the tablets and things went back to normal within a day or two. I shared this with my dietician and I said "I AM NOT TAKING MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS". Of course she laughed, said she totally understood and that it's a common complaint. And then suggested this saying many of her patients have had luck with it. I bought it, and low and behold- LUCK! It doesn't give me the stomach trouble I get from taking tablets, it truly does give me a sense of calm, and the taste is Great! It dissolves nicely in water and is easy to drink. I will never go back to magnesium tablets again!

I have been using this brand for years before I go to bed. Hopefully it helps me sleep, calm and unwind. The small packets are great for travel, as opposed to carrying around the large container. I did find these little packets inconsistent in terms of tearing them open. Sometimes it was easy, other times it wasn't and I used scissors. These are definitely worse value for the money than buying the larger 16 ounce containers, so I don't use these on a regular basis. But for travel, they're perfect.

I really like this stuff. First of all, the packet form is really convenient. I can take it with me, and I don't have to worry as much about freshness since each one is individually sealed. Plus, it's easier to measure. Then there's the product itself. It has definitely seemed to help my health. I haven't noticed any sleep benefits, but I have noticed that I get a lot fewer headaches now. I also rarely get heart palpitations anymore, which I used to get a couple times a week. And finally, I'm pretty sure it has helped with my mood. I feel less depressed lately. I think it's related, although I couldn't tell you for certain. I take it by dissolving half a packet into a small amount of hot water, then adding more water and ice. It makes a nice, cool, refreshing drink that I kind of enjoy the flavor of. All in all, I would definitely buy this again. Since I only take about 1/2 a packet twice a week, this will last me several months. That ends up only being a couple dollars a month for noticeably improved health. I'll take it.
