Itโs good and firm enough, definitely give you support but i started to feel pain after i put it on so i need more time to gradually test it. Product is nice tho

arch is waaay tooo big for the 8/8/5 size
the arch on these insoles is so large that it sits in the middle of the foot rather than under the arch of the foot itself.. very uncomfortable. I made the mistake of thinking that i would get used to it.. and throwing away the boxes but no luck... make sure you try it before throwing the packaging
