It is deceiving because it says 2500 mg but it doesn’t specify that you need to take 5 tablets to reach 2500mg!!!!! Never ever again.

I’ve been taking these collagen tablets for about 5-6 days now, so it’s too early to comment on long-term benefits for skin or joints. I plan to update this review in a month with results. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any digestive issues so far. One minor inconvenience: the tablets leave a fine white powder residue on hands and surfaces. It’s not a big deal, but I need to rinse my hands or wipe the table after taking them. Hopefully, the manufacturer can improve the coating in the future. Despite this, I appreciate the thoughtful formulation with added vitamins and marine-sourced collagen. The price is reasonable for a month’s supply, and the packaging is secure. Looking forward to seeing how it works over time! UPDATE after 3.5 months: I've been taking these collagen tablets daily for about three months now (one full course), so I can share more long-term impressions. Overall, I didn't notice any dramatic changes in my hair growth or nail strength, which I was partly hoping for. However, it's important to note that during this period, I was under significant physical and emotional stress, which typically takes a toll on my skin and hair. Despite that, my skin and hair condition did not worsen, which I consider a positive result. It feels like the supplement helped maintain the status quo during a challenging time.
