Yes you can certainly ... now Amazon sold them yet has been out and buy not sure when or if they will get more information yet w as l mart and toys rush sold themy separately as well and so if Amaxon don't carry again those two placeseparate a are one side know that has sold them separately as well! Yes! The stock attachment should fit with any Nerf blaster that is equipped with a stock attachment point and the shield will lock onto any Nerf rail - the Crossfire has both :)

Exactly how big is the shield?

I don't have specific numbers on me at the moment but it isn't very big. I use this kit on a Nerf Stryfe, and when shouldering the blaster, the shield basically covers just the top part of my face, including my eyes.
