How do the sizes run? I wear a medium in Mechanix brand gloves and a 9 in other gloves.

Sizing runs true. I wear L to XL in most gloves and I purchased size L/XL in these Weber Premium Gloves.

what temperature are they rated too? all I can find is "high heat" but that a relative statement...

Very tight fit

My hands are an L, with some gloves (e.g. Dainese) an XL and I can barely get these on after quire some effort.If you're a size 11 or larger just forget them!
