I apply it to my scalp after washing my hair to keep my scalp hydrated and my hair smooth. I've most recently been using it on my face as a moisturizer after weeks of inflammation and breakouts from an unknown source. I stopped using all skincare products except this and a cleanser, and after a week of consistent use twice a day, my skin has stopped breaking out and my complexion looks drastically clearer and brighter.
