How often can i use the polish?

I only recently bought this product because I could not find what I was using before. I love the cleaner and I use it almost every day. I have not used the polish or sealer yet but with my other product,I would polish and seal about every six months.

Is the granite stone polish used after the granite is sealed, i usually seal my granite annually?

Our granite counter tops are 23 years old. They were sealed the first month after installation and have never been sealed again. We just polish the countertop every month.
