I’ve been using these for about 5 years. I’ve never been disappointed. They arrive on time and they work! I have Hashimoto’s thyroid disease and these have been a life saver to combat hair loss. I take one at breakfast and one in the evening. They do not cause stomach upset. They do have an herbal taste but I’ve gotten used to it. They’re definitely worth a try if you’re struggling with excessive hair shedding. I also like that it’s all natural and comes in a brown glass bottle. I keep mine in a kitchen cabinet out of the light.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for years after noticing results within just five days of starting them. Whenever I forget to take them or run out, I can definitely see a difference in my skin, nails, and hair. I feel it has really helped my hair look and feel softer. Skin and nails look healthier as well. It's very effective, does what it says. The pills are a bit on the big side and they have an earthy taste but they go sown easily with no after taste or stomach upset. I feel good about my purchase as it is a good product at a good price.
