Need these. Took a few weeks to tell the difference in my energy but I expected it needed to get into system. The urine color kinda scares me but Google says that's ok. Has faint odor and taste but not bad. Only last as long as its on your tongue. Its easy to swallow.

I've been taking this every day for years, along with a prenatal that also has 27mg of iron(I think). It has really changed my quality of life for the better.
