The only thing was that the powder was a little hard this time. The first one I bought was great texture. But it didn't change the effectiveness of the product. I would recommend it.

Very good replacement for Cardo-juvenate which is no longer made.
Tastes pretty good, better than the berry. I’m happy with this. It gives me a bit of energy and more stamina. Be sure to shake it before using. Stir well in cold water. Do not use hot water.

Clean energy and focus
The key to this product is no sugar and no caffeine. I been using the product for about a week now and I noticed the clean energy I feel. No jitters or sweaty palms, just clean energy which allows me to focus more. It takes a few days to kick in, but before you know it, your lifting more and heavier. I also sustain energy throughout my workout never feeling fatigued.

The taste was terrible to me
I could stand the taste of this. I couldn’t even hide the taste by putting it in a 32 OZ smoothie. I threw it out. Having said that, i am a big proponent of L-arginine, but if you can’t stand the taste, it doesn’t work.

Really good product and worth it the money!
I am on my 4th jar and will continue buying this. If mixed with cool water it tastes super refreshing. I am not a body builder but I’d like to stay fit. However this product gives me a good pump and helps my circulation which isn’t the greatest.
