These seem to be helping my ibs d. Unfortunately it suggests taking 2 a day for digestive problems which means you have to buy 2 packs a month

Early days but so far all good here.
Have had ibs, ulcer and. Chronic gastiris for many many years. After a. Really bad bout of abdominal bloating decided to try these instead of HN B make. So far so good. Have noticed a reduction in my sypmtoms. Its early days but im optomistic they will have a positive effect on my syptoms. Just wish they werent so expensive. Customer services very good also when i contacted them.

These do what they say on the box!
I discovered that my previous make of probiotics had started to include dairy products and were no longer suitable for me - It was difficult to now what ones to purchase instead and after trying these for a month they have been excellent and I have now gone on to order a 3 month supply. I have IBS and a dairy intolerance and they make life much more comfortable!
