Does the beef have any antibiotics or added hormones?

The standard for grass feed beef means there are no added hormones or antibiotics. However, to get a firm answer I would recommend you reach out to the company!

No, the meat is not smoked. It is just air-dried and has natural spices.

Does this have to be refrigerated after opening?

We usually eat it within a few days and it is fine out of the fridge!

are these cooked enough or at all? no info anywhere. you do understand what parasites are. i have a feeling these arent cooked enough.

Thank you for your question. We do follow USDA standards and dry our biltong to a Water Activity level of 0.85 or less. They are not cooked but air dried. Thank you. Ben
