Directions were not consistent. Some temperatures were listed as 4000F, and some as 350F. Recipe ingredients listed did not correspond with directions. In a Turkey breast recipe, the directions were for a chicken breast. It seems he was sometimes trying to use metric measurements, but i have never seen metric symbols like that. In his cheesecake recipe, after you mix the crumbs with butter; it says place the mix in the baking pan and pour a cup of water over it. REALLY!! I could go on but what is the point!

Perfect cookbook for my new Ninja cooker.

Ingredients are not listed in order of use and sometimes directions leave out steps so you end up having to figure out what you are really supposed to do. Other times directions leave out some of the ingredients listed.

How could anyone give this book 5 stars. Most of the cooking times in the header don’t match the cooking times in the directions. What are we suppose to do stand there and watch to see which cooking time is correct. Cooking temperatures in the thousands instead of hundreds. Did anyone even proof read this book? Straight into the trash can for me. Worthless
