Highly recomended!
My 8 years old daughter wanted these and I got them for her. She loves playing with these and doesn't get tired of them. She is getting better and better. Of course these are better then an I-pad or tv. These are good quality. I would suggest only one thing and that is the string can be a bit longer. I've seen a few versions of these in person and these have the shortest string out of all of the ones I have seen.

Great time pass for all ages
Excellent toy to build hand eye coordination, dexterity strength and wonderful time pass. Can keep the kids engaged for hours as the complexity increases. Also teaches science!!
