It works really well however I have to take the bottom protective cover off my laptop to be able to plug it completely in however that's a small issue to have. As advertised.

I got this for a work laptop where I have basic permissions. Installed as plug and play first time with no issues. Works fine with DP and hdmi output to 2 monitors. The only improvement would be a longer usb c lead from the dock to the laptop slot.
