Is glue needed for this kit? If yes which one and can someone provide me with a link to the glue if so.

Yes, I use multiple adhesives throughout my build. Mostly Tamiya thin cement, some super glue here and there and any clear drying white glue for the clear parts.

Pre painted parts and body

The kit is not pre-painted. The body is molded in silver and most parts are molded in black or grey. If you want it to look anything like the picture it will need to be painted.
