I don't look for much in a loose leaf tea steeper. So long as it holds enough tea for a mug, I'm pretty satisfied. For the cost, this was a great value. Having 3 steepers is excellent, as my partner and I often drink tea together and it's great to be able to make multiple mugs at once.Unfortunately, the quality is fairly indicative of the cost. The moving parts are a bit loose and feel as though they could come apart at any moment. As a result, these don't close very securely and we often have smaller tea leaves sneak out through the gaps into our mugs. This isn't a huge concern for me, as I generally filter my tea after steeping, but that's a step most people don't/won't do.If you're highly against residual tea leaves/residue in your cup, I would recommend you look for a better quality steeper. But for the cost and my personal needs, these were a good value and a decent purchase.

I've heard that theres many microplastics in teabags, I bought these to try to stop using tea bags. Im never going back. These are awesome and super easy to use. They hold the perfect amount of leaves.

Okay this is the first time I tried buying this but it’s really not a wow factor. First it doesn’t really hold the tea leaves in the mesh. And for some reason after using it 2 times and washing it in the dishwasher I don’t know what happened to the mesh. It kinda got deformed. It’s very easy to use though. It’s not that hard to clean if the tea leaves are dry.
