It worked!!!! This product is a life saver. I don’t have too many grays, but those I have are completely gone. My friend has a lot, and they were also gone. I bought dark brown because I didn’t find any good reviews for the other tones. I thought lighter colors might not work. Dark brown is very dark. Almost black. I had it only for 10 minutes and I’ll do only 8 next time. My friend had it for 20 minutes, but we think she could’ve done less. If you have highlights like I did, make sure you extend the product all the way through the tips to avoid ending up with two different hair colors. I’ll definitely try a lighter shade. Buying a hair mask is a good idea.

This stuff is AMAZING! Super easy to use . Covered up all my grays. No harsh smell, color turned out beautiful and hair was left shiny and soft . I was doubtful about how well it would work but I’m getting ready to go out of town for 2 weeks and couldn’t get in to my stylist so I went ahead and gave it a try. Very happy that I did . I will see how long the color lasts for but for the price , ease of use and as many applications that I will get out of the bottle, even if the color lasts only a couple weeks it will be highly worth it . I have to color my hair pretty often due to the pesky gray hairs that pop up and this stuff is life changing and will save me so much money not having to run to the salon every 4 weeks! I absolutely LOVE this blue black shampoo. I always complain about my hair never being “black enough” (IYKYK!!), and this is the only thing I’ve found that gives my hair that absolute black that I want. My ONLY complaint is that, before the first wash after, if you sweat or get your hair little bit wet, it WILL give you blue streaks when it drips down your face, and I feel after the second wash or so it fades to not be as intense. I hope the developers can come up with a formula that can last a better through sweat because then I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Let me preface this by saying that I have been coloring and highlighting my hair at home for years. My gray grows in about every 2 weeks and the time it takes to color my hair, not to mention the damage that has become the norm for me, has had me searching for a better and easier solution for quite some time. When I saw this product and read the reviews, I really thought it might be the solution I was looking for. My hair is a dark ash blonde, so I chose the the linen product. I'll admit I was very nervous about trying it but I was hopeful. I finally tried it four days ago. As much as I wanted to love it, it didn't measure up like I had hoped. First off, people say it's not messy but I found it to be very messy. It's not a thick gel like consistency but is more runny, and it seemed to run out of my hand when I pumped the bottle. It looked VERY orange when I put it on my hair, which was quite concerning, because I naturally have a lot of red undertones and I was afraid of what might be to come if it picked up on those undertones. Many reviews said it was so easy to use, but it really wasn't to me. It doesn't lather like normal shampoo. I found it very difficult to get it everywhere on my scalp that might be sprouting grays. It didn't seem to cover very well. It did irritate my skin just a little bit as it sat, but not as much as box dye. I applied it to my roots the best I could and tried to pull it through the ends of my hair but it seemed to be absorbing very unevenly which made it difficult to evenly coat my hair. The bottle says to let it sit or 10-15 minutes but 25 minutes for stubborn grays, so that's what I did. I rinsed it out in the shower and used the conditioner that came with it. When I got out of the shower, I could immediately tell, even though my hair was wet, that it was too dark. As I blew dry my hair, it became more and more apparent that not only was the color much darker than I was hoping, but that it covered very unevenly and was very flat and dull looking. My hair didn't have any natural highlights or undertones. It was almost black. It stained my skin on my forehead and ears very badly. Much more so than box dye. Four days later and the skin on my forehead is still stained. I ended up having to pull my hair through a cap at home and try to highlight it to bring it back to my natural color as much as possible, but it is still much too dark due to the base tone from this product. It might work okay if you have minimal grays throughout your head or if you are used to a one tone hair color. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't the miracle solution I was hoping for.

I skeptical BUT I was wrong! This product works great! This just saved me $160 at the hair salon! I'm ao happy I tried this hair color shampoo! Telling everyone I know that colors their hair about this product! It covered all my gray hair! I love that you have multiple applications available in one bottle too! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I have now gone through one bottle and started on my second. It colors okay but the roots lose color after a few weeks. Problem... My hair feels like straw after using BUT the conditioner seems to smooth that out. However, this time I lost so much hair after rinsing the conditioner out. I was in shock. Had to be at least 200 hairs or more!!! I have had some hair shedding after using before but not like this. Not sure I will use again. If I do and it happens again, in the garbage it will go! The only reason I use is because it's easier then regular dye but I might go back! Note...Do not get this on anything like clothes, tile floors, skin, even white sinks, etc. It's almost imposible to get out! On my skin it wears off...even alcohol did not work!

I always wanted to dye my hair purple without bleach, and had tried different hair color that didn't work, so I thought maybe this one works, specially after when I saw the bright vibrant purple color that it had, I got my hopes up. At the end every where got the color, bath tub and upper tiles around the shower but my hair! Not even my white hair! No shade a purple, as if I only washed my hair with a regular shampoo! So do not bother buying this if you hope to get a purple hair or you'll get disappointed like me!!

Excellent alternative to expensive salons. I bought this with some hesitation but it’s been the best option of all that I tried - salons, box dyes and hair colours. It’s super easy to use and my Hair took the colour within 15 mins.
