Is the truck already built or does it come in peices to be built?

Hi there, The set is meant to be built. In the box you'll get all the pieces and the instructions for it. - Marine, LEGO® Customer Service

It depends on your location. I am in AZ, and most of my shipments today are between 12/14 - 12/18. Obviously the farther you are from me the longer it will take.

Can I get replacement instructions?

Lego offers building instructions for their kits online. Hope this helps.

Does it come with a candy bar?

Hi! This set only comes with ice cream and popsicles. If you're looking for a set with a chocolate candy barre we'd recommend the 41393 Baking Competition. - Marine, Service Client LEGO®
