I'm plagued with rheumatoid arthritis, so I figured I'd try out some compression socks - for my right ankle, specifically. It certainly helps minimize movement, which is the biggest contributor to my discomfort. I don't know how the heat therapy works, but this brace has greatly helped my mobility especially in the mornings. I've owned and worn a fair share of braces, and this works more for the heat therapy than actual ankle support. My only complaint is that the stitching around the heel digs into my leg a little causing some discomfort. I just put some fabric in between my foot and the brace and it's fine. I'm mainly wearing it overnights or after a lot of walking.

Snug Fit

Great help for arthritic ankle!

Actually this was for a friend of mine who fractured her foot. This has helped her have more mobility with the boot. She is off the walker.
