Worst customer service I have ever received... One of the parts (the curved beam that goes under the middle of the horizontal planks, was horribly crooked). I sent detailed pictures to the lady who picked up the phone, and just would believe it... And I promise i am not making measurement mistakes here (I teach mechanical engineering at a university). I think I left a detailed review on their website with pictures and all. The thing is falling apart after 2 ish years of use.. despite me painting and repainting.

BEAUTIFUL! We have purchased less-expensive bridges and replaced them after a couple of years. This one is a keeper. It is solid. It adds a feature that is "stout" but not overwhelming. You recognize the quality and style, but it doesn't overwhelm. Our two pooches love it too! Well packaged and logically assembled. No surprises, according to my husband. He had it up and ready in only a couple of hours. Very happy and bet anyone who wants a small feature but a really nice statement will like this piece. Kudos to the designer!

Rip off. Not worth the money.

Price is great you could not buy the materials and design for less. I bought a second one so happy with it.

Very durable. Great looking. ....and easy to put together. Only took about 1 hour to assemble. Love it in our water garden.

Packaged well. It arrived to our island home in Alaska in great shape. It was just what our Japanese garden needed!
