They stay on UNTIL they get wet, as from washing my hands...or damp, as from wearing gloves and sweating a little...So, no, unless all you do is sit in a dry, cool place without moving, then no, these do not stay on.

Are these latex free?

The box and brand do say "NOT made with natural rubber latex" I can only use this brand because I'm allergic to latex.
