Really nice heating pad. Very comfortable and gives enough heat. Has only 6 months warranty. Works well for few months. Not repairable by local shops. Need to increase warranty period like other manufacturer.

Don't buy this guysUseless product. It Stopped working within 3 days. Better buy from a medical shop rather here. These products are not even genuine. We had sent it to our uncle since he had back ache but this product stopped working and by the time we got ot back. The window got closed. Poor quality

When I purchased this product the name was mentioned as MCP. But I have received a BELTONA.I dint return it and decided to give it a shot…..After buying cheap gel pack heating bags which lasts only 2 months I finally found a product for a good price and easy to use. It has 3 heating levels . Personally level one itself gets extremely hot. The only thing I would have preferred is if level 1 wouldn’t heat up so much. I need to constantly turn it off and on to adjust the heat level. Otherwise this is a good buy. Been using it for two months and it’s pretty great!
