How do you wind it ? If it has no battery

It has a battery. You pry the back off via the little notch on the side.

How do I set the time on this watch?

The little knob where the Cain is attached to the watch, pull it out one click then turn it to set the time. Push it back in and turn the knob to wind it. If you want it to accurate you have to wind it at least once a day.

Will this watch fade or change color over time ?

I have used it only on rare occasions & keep it in my watch box that’s lined .. so far it looks great
