Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation (Warm 2)

Great pressed powder foundation! One of the only "powder" or mineral foundations I've found that really look flawless and doesn't cake up in wrinkles and lines. I particularly like the fact that it can easily be used for sheer or complete coverage!! It covers my few "freckles" that once we're cute but now just look like age spots (lol). I bought warm 2 and warm 3; they are both very close in color, warm 3 is just enough darker to use when I get some sun. I saw one reviewer noted that the top of the powder compact is difficult to open - it is a little bit, but at least it won't open up in your purse and get all over everything!! This product lasts a long time and provides a nice matte finish. I have fair to medium skin color with blond hair/blue eyes and I really think warm 2 OR warm 3 will work for me. I've already bought this product three times and now, I wouldn't use anything else!!! Definitely buying again and will venture out to try their other make-up products.

For those of you ladies who are used to using expensive foundation powders such as Mac & bare minerals given that they work much better than cheaper department store products such as L’Oréal but don’t want to pay the expensive prices for MAC & BM products, this is the next best thing that is much cheaper... this product has no scent, the coverage is just as good as MAC & BM, it’s easy to wash off, and it lasts just as long... I absolutely love it and the value for the money is 100% incredible... only thing that it doesn’t come with is the applicator but I can live with that since I use make up brushes

I have tried many different types and brands of foundations over the years. More recently I've been using liquid formulas, because I feel that they stay on much better with my oily skin. After dealing with some breakouts over the last few months, I decided it was time switch up my foundation. I bought this brand based on the stellar reviews and because I figured it be more breathable for my skin; hopefully clearing and preventing future breakouts. I've been using this for a few days and all I can say is wow! I love how buildable the coverage is without looking caky. I also am surprised about how well this stays on without using a primer. I apply my moisturizer, an SPF, and then this powder foundation and by the end of the workday my skin is still looking good. I'm pleasantly surprised and will continue to use Mineral Fusion as long as my skin tolerates it well.

I'm so glad I found this on Amazon and took a chance based on the reviews. I have very sensitive skin and wanted to try something natural and lighter than liquid foundation. This feels like nothing on my skin and evens my skin tone nicely without it looking like I'm wearing makeup. Many other, more expensive mineral foundations I've tried in the past made my skin itch or break out, and this product did neither. I have light, fairly neutral skin and can wear either Warm 1 or Warm 2. It's a little messy to apply, but not as bad as loose powders. I use a flat top brush or a kabuki brush and apply lightly for light coverage. I can't speak to whether it provides full coverage, but if applied lightly, it looks very natural and doesn't settle into lines or pores.

I've been using this for years. This is a great mineral makeup product. Makes skin look flawless and gives some protection from the sun.

I like this powder a lot for the powder itself - clean, leaves smooth finish, easy to match color. However, the last 3 that I’ve gotten all have lids break off not long into my using them. I’m not careless - I’m a middle-aged woman who simply takes it out & back to use - so it’s unfortunate that the lids don’t last. I may need to find a new option because it’s pretty frustrating.

I've been using mineral fusions pressed foundations for years now. I switch between Warm 2 in the summer and Warm 1 in the winter when my skin is a little lighter. The best way to test a color is to put a streak on your jaw line, in good lighting of course. It should blend right into the skin without being noticeable. I used to put a light moisturizer on my skin before use, it helps the powder stick to your skin. But in trying to manage my acne and clear up my skin I've stopped using any moisturizer and find that I'm still satisfied with the coverage & the durability. This stuff lasts all day! And is waterproof too (as long as you don't rub it off). Plus the minerals provide SPF coverage simply by being a barrier (The more powder you use, the more protection). I first apply with a large brush (I use Mineral Fusion's Flawless brush) and apply all over my face. Then I use a smaller brush for eyeshadow, to put more powder on concentrated areas like under my eyes and to cover a blemish. If I need a little more coverage then I get either my skin or the brush a little damp, and use a lot of powder on the eyeshadow brush, then go over the area, give it a minute to dry and it looks perfect.

I have been using Mineral Fusion cosmetic products for five years now and the pressed powder foundation has worked miracles for me! I am a natural redhead with sensitive, acne-prone skin; finding foundation that provides adequate coverage without clogging my pores or irritating my skin is very tricky for me. The "Warm 2" color matches my skin tone very well, while neutralizing the ruddiness that my skin often takes on. This makeup feels weightless and I actually feel like the minerals in the powder have improved the quality of my skin. I don't sweat it off easily, and it provides coverage without getting cakey. I love this product, and I was delighted when it was awarded the EWG's seal of approval, as I try to stay away for unnatural and toxic ingredients in my cosmetics.

I've used this foundation for years. Unfortunately, it's so hard to find this brand in my city, and I'm very happy Amazon has started carrying it. Here's why: - I have oily skin. This foundation is a god-send for people with oily skin as it does not "schlick" off or look greasy when your oil starts to kick in like a liquid foundation would. In fact, throughout the day, this foundation manages to makes your skin look more radiant. I've used many liquid foundations that, even when paired with a loose or translucent powder at the end, go into my fine lines and make me look like I just rolled around in a barrel of oil for a couple hours. This foundation does not. - Easily blendable and buildable. I am not a makeup artist, and I just want something easy to apply. This makeup does not require techniques or skill. You just put it on wherever you feel. I have acne scars and hormonal acne, and all it takes for that extra coverage is a little extra dab of this foundation with a small brush on the problem area. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and "clear" my skin looks while wearing this, even though I've struggled with adult acne for most of my life. - Non-comedogenic. This is the only foundation I've used that does not cause me to break out or clog my pores. I don't know how it works, but somehow it does. - Blends into your skin tone (for the shades that are available). For years, I've never been able to find a foundation that could match my skin tone. Every makeup artist and every makeup website has tried, and I always end up looking either too dark or too light. I have an olive skin tone made up of warm and cool tones, so it's hard to find a match. This foundation in the color warm 2 is the only tone of foundation I've found that completely matches my face. This is also true for my much darker mother, who uses one shade darker, and has found that this makeup somehow manages to change and blend into your natural skin tone. If any of those struggles apply to you, I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

Really like this powder. Goes on well and stays put.

I use my kabuki brush and little to no kick back. All the colors are much lighter than the shade Guide. Buyer beware. I returned the Warm 3 and moved over to Olive 3. Much better for me. Lost 1 star due to highly inaccurate shade guide.

Great product!

I like the way it goes on however you would want to put some moisturizer on first. The colour is good for my light to medium skin tone. However I put some blush on after or it might be too pale.
