Great value for money
Have had for a few months. Excellent value for money-love the design and smartphone esque interface. Easy to operate and figure out. Gives great relief from sciatica and nerve pain on shoulder. Best product in Thai price range.

Pretty good but some key things to note…
Overall, the TENS machine works pretty well with good functionality, but there are some key drawbacks that users should be aware of.One of the biggest issues I feel is the misleading claim that this device has four channels. While it does have four output ports, they are actually split between just two channels—A and B. This means that you can only set one mode and intensity for A1 and A2, and another for B1 and B2. A true four-channel device would allow independent settings for each output, which this does not.Another downside is that when both A and B channels are in use, the power output is halved. So, if you’re using only one channel (A or B), the intensity is noticeably stronger compared to using both together. The interface could also be improved. Selecting and changing modes is not as intuitive as it should be, making adjustments feel clunky.Additionally, it would have been nice if the manufacturer included the travel case instead of selling it separately, as this would add convenience for those who use the device frequently or on the go.On the positive side, the battery life is impressive. It lasts through multiple sessions without needing frequent recharging. The maximum timer is 90 minutes, and you can run multiple sessions before the battery runs low.If you can overlook the channel limitations and interface quirks, this TENS machine is still pretty good with decent battery performance.

Easy to use and effective
I bought this after standing in a long queue at a chemists and reading their display on tens machines … I knew of the tens process due to issues I have and a vague suggestion the NHS would supply one. I’ve waited, and waited. Anyway I bought this and found it rather effective. I like the range of pulses, I interchange them as necessary and have favourites. It’s allowed me to do an aspect of my job where I could not manage to bend or just stand without serious need to just drop and sit to relieve my symptoms in my back. I have used it though on four affected areas, back, thigh and upper arm, so far, different strengths needed, different symptoms from nerve damage in the back to general nerve issues in my legs and another problem in my arm, provided you get the sticky pads on the right spot for where you are addressing, it can give so much relief, I would have thought it possible. I am sold on it, but I think my alternatives in the near future, given this success, will include the purchase of a wireless device next time as I keep hooking the lead accidentally when I move. I do like the repeat use of the pads, I have been able to buy replacements easily, the tip re damping the pads has given them a longer life. I have also bought a case that allows me to keep everything together safely.

Highly recommended
I think this machine is amazing.I have recommended it now to about 10 people.Quick and simple to use.You can set the limit for intense you want it.A really good value for money. Easy to carry around fits in my jean pocket while using it.Pads are sticky and easy to clean to get sticky again.

TENS for muscle problems
I struggle with back and ankle problems and see a chiropractor, my mid back get’s stuck and in turn causes muscle problems. Often the muscular problem is delayed rather than instant, it can be triggered by activities such as exercise, DIY or lifting heavy objects it does not trouble me during the day but will suddenly be a problem at night! I don’t know if its linked but I also have restless ankles, again its more of a delayed issue. Even on a normal day without demanding actives I have these issues so most days it’s a problem.Unfortunately its quite disruptive to my night’s sleep and for many years has meant getting as little of 3 hours a night sleep, also when I am asleep I very rarely get a deep sleep. I have tried many techniques before bedtime to try and relax my muscles to help with this, stretching, massage, ice, heat, foam rolling, trigger point and in all cases I can go to bed and feel comfortable for a short while but not long enough to get to sleep or will fall asleep and be woken up by it, at this point sometimes it can really annoy me as I just can’t get comfortable.I’m surprised I took so long to try tens as I have tried most other things long before now, I really do find it help’s and provides a long enough lasting effect to allow me to get some sleep, occasionally I may wake up and need to use if on my ankles as I would not usually do anything on them before bedtime but then all I need is 5 minutes one pad on each ankle and it resolves them problem and makes them feel relaxed. I have found on my back its much more effective to leave it on one setting for the duration rather than keep changing, I have even fell asleep during the day with it on.As far as the device itself, it feels sturdy, well made and of good quality, the screen is big and clear to understand and battery life is good. Having 4 outputs you could use up to 8 pads at a time, so far the first set of pads I have bee using I have used 30 times and they still feel sticky.I have not tried EMS yet but intend to do so as potentially it could help train my core without the activities involved which give me the muscle problems at night. If you are looking for a tens unit I would recommend as the quality for the price is good and you can extend the warranty by registering.
