The bracelet has tarnished. How do I clean it?

I have not actually cleaned this bracelet, but I do clean silver jewelry by filling a small saucepan with water, add 1 tsp baking soda, crumble up a sheet of aluminum foil and place in the water. Bring to a boil. Put the jewelry in the boiling water for a minute or so, check often. Comes out sparkly, like new.
