Great product. I use it to make yogurt.

I have UC and bad IBS and I have been taking probiotics for over 20 years, I’ve even had the prescription ones. I feel like I have to switch them every so often bc my body gets used to them. Just some background, I used to work at a health/vitamin store for years (loved it) and really go all out learning about supplements, reviewing the data and researcher, and trying what I believe to be beneficial to me. It’s important with our guts y’all, it is like your second brain so take good care of it! I decided to try these with the other daily kyo-dophilus (orange label) because I got extremely sick (UC flare) and I have to say these are fantastic! I tried the 2 separate and together and I love them both so I take them every morning with my big water bottle, and my fiber (they help each other work together but do your own research and make sure yours will as well bc not all fiber is created them same!). Keep them in your fridge after you open them. Also everyone is different so please try things for yourself and see what works with your own body, and start small with one thing at a time so you know if it helps you. Good luck!

I have suffered from stomach cramping and gas my entire life. As a child in elementary school I would often be sent home with severe cramping that would be way too distracting for me to stay at school. Somehow, no one back then thought to test for anything, or experiment with diet or supplements to give me relief. I grew up just thinking that is how my life was going to be, that I would just have to deal with it forever. As I got older I slowly started learning about nutrition and herbal supplements. I eventually started learning about naturally fermented foods and the probiotics they contain. I started fermenting myself making kombucha, sauerkraut, lacto-fermented vegetables, etc. and for the first time in my life I was able to actually find relief. I am a huge fan of ferments, BUT these things take time to do and I'm not always on the ball enough to get it all going and able to be constantly ready. Often I will finish a jar of kraut and not have another one started so I will have to wait a week or two for the new batch to get going...if I even get around to starting another batch right away. This is when I started to consider probiotic pills to fill in the gaps. I've tried a few different brands of probiotics but this one is the only one I have actually noticed a difference with. Since it can be so hard (and expensive) to find a probiotic that actually works I am going to stick with this one for a while. So glad to be done with that search.
